Maid To Shine Utah Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 2026

Thank you for choosing Maid To Shine Utah. By scheduling, booking, or receiving services from Maid To Shine Utah, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and policies.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service.

As a courtesy, Maid To Shine Utah provides a 48-hour grace period following the completion of a cleaning appointment. Invoices that remain unpaid beyond 48 hours will automatically incur a 20% late fee.

For clients with a card on file, Maid To Shine Utah may process payment using the authorized payment method provided by the client.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning appointment.

Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled cleaning cost, up to a maximum of $100.

Lockout Policy

Clients are responsible for ensuring our team can access the property at the scheduled appointment time.

If our team arrives and is unable to gain access due to a lockout, missing entry instructions, incorrect access information, or inability to reach the client, a lockout fee equal to 50% of the scheduled cleaning cost, up to a maximum of $100, will be charged.

Temperature & Working Conditions

For the safety and comfort of our cleaning team, clients agree to maintain the home at a reasonable working temperature during scheduled cleaning appointments.

Maid To Shine Utah reserves the right to modify or discontinue service if working conditions are deemed unsafe.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to provide exceptional service during every visit.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make every reasonable effort to address and resolve concerns promptly.

Refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Right to Refuse Service

Maid To Shine Utah reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, including but not limited to:

  • Aggressive animals
  • Biohazards
  • Dangerous conditions
  • Harassment or inappropriate behavior toward staff
  • Illegal activity on the property

Scheduling & Arrival Times

While we make every effort to arrive within scheduled appointment windows, arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather, prior appointments, or unforeseen circumstances.

Clients will be notified when significant delays occur whenever possible.

Liability

Maid To Shine Utah is fully insured and takes reasonable care while providing services.

Any claims regarding damage or loss must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

Agreement to Terms

By scheduling, accepting an estimate, booking services, or allowing services to be performed, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

Maid To Shine Utah reserves the right to update these policies at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
